We are very happy to announce that Toast Forums 1.7 has been released this morning.

The most important changes are:
- Added CAPTCHA security image
- Added TinyMCE html editor integration
- Send email to admin when new posts are posted
- Move topic to other forum (for admins and moderators)
In addition, several changes to enhance performance has been made in Toast Forums.

Latest Update, Mar 27: Yes, it's finally compiled and just needs to be packed up and uploaded to the server... I am away from the office today, but will be in tonight to upload and update the website... By the way - our demo board is running the new version at http://www.toastforums.com/demo/toast.asp
Mar 25: I am currently struggling with a last-minute problem in the admin section. This has to do with the Firefox incompatibility of the admin section, and I have decided to halt the launch until it has been solved... I hope to have it done during the night, so I can compile the new version early in the morning... :-)
We are very happy to announce the official release date of Toast Forums 1.7.
The latest version of our popular forum will be released on March 25, 2008.
We are still developing on the product, and the final list of features and improvements is still not official. Make sure to be subscribed to our newsletter in order to stay updated on the new version.
Version 1.7 of Toast Forums is the first major update of Toast Forums since 1.6 was released in 2002. Since then, Toast Forums has been improved several times, but 1.7 will present a series of long awaited improvements.
The upgrade to 1.7 is (naturally) made available free of charge.

The partnership with Plimus will provide us with some much-wanted features, including the ability to create an Affiliate program for Toast Forums. The affiliate program will be available later this spring! :-)
